At AesthetixIQ, we stand behind every device we build. Your equipment is protected, supported, and backed by real engineers—not automated scripts or complicated loopholes. Below is the full breakdown of your warranty, optional add-ons, and guidelines to make sure your coverage stays valid.


2-Year Standard Warranty

Every AesthetixIQ device comes with a 2-year parts and labor warranty. This includes:

What’s Covered

  • Full replacement of defective parts

  • All labor associated with repair

  • Two (2) on-site visit from an AesthetixIQ-certified engineer if a breakdown cannot be resolved remotely

  • Remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and support

  • Software updates (if applicable)

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, spills, or unauthorized modifications

  • Operation outside of manufacturer guidelines

  • Normal cosmetic wear

  • Consumables (pads, gel, tips, etc.)


Optional Extended Warranty

You may extend your device protection beyond the second year.

Pricing Options

  • 10% of the device purchase price per year (added at renewal)

  • 8% of the device purchase price per year if purchased at checkout

Extended Warranty Includes

Everything in the standard warranty plus:

  • Unlimited remote support

  • Priority replacement parts

  • Priority scheduling for engineer visits

  • Locked-in pricing for future renewals

Extended warranty must be active to maintain eligibility for on-site repairs, parts replacement, and remote diagnostics beyond the second year.


Engineer Setup & On-Site Training Add-On

For clinics wanting white-glove onboarding, we offer a premium setup package.

$5,000 Add-On Includes

  • In-person device delivery & installation

  • Comprehensive on-site training for your team

  • Hands-on safety, protocol, and treatment training

  • Optimization session to help you set ideal parameters for your clientele

  • Review of recommended packages, pricing strategies, and treatment flow


Unboxing & Setup Guidelines

To ensure your device stays under warranty, it must be unboxed, installed, and powered on according to the steps below.

When Your Device Arrives

  1. Inspect external packaging before signing.

  2. Photograph any dents, tears, or crushing immediately.

  3. Unbox carefully—do not use sharp objects that may damage the unit.

  4. Verify all components are included using your packing list.

Power & Environment Requirements

  • Standard grounded outlet compatible with device specifications

  • Stable, clean power (avoid long extension cords or shared outlets with heavy machinery)

  • Temperature-controlled treatment room

  • Adequate ventilation around the machine

Initial Device Check

  • Ensure all cables are connected firmly

  • Verify accessories (pads, handpieces, tips, etc.) are intact

  • Power on the device and run the guided startup test

  • Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery


Warranty Validity Requirements

To keep your warranty active:

  • Follow the official unboxing and setup guidelines

  • Use only approved accessories and parts

  • Complete your online training modules before first treatment

  • Keep the device in a treatment-safe environment

  • Do not open or service the device yourself

  • Report malfunctions promptly

  • Submit your warranty registration form upon device receipt


How to Get Support

We make support simple:

  1. Submit a ticket through the AesthetixIQ Support Portal

  2. Upload photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our engineering team diagnoses the problem

  4. If remote repair is not possible, your on-site visit is scheduled

  5. Replacement parts are shipped directly to your clinic


Fast-Track Replacement Policy

If a device is deemed non-repairable, we will ship a replacement unit as quickly as possible, depending on availability.
