AesthetixIQ provides energy-based aesthetic devices, accessories, and related services. All products are intended for use by trained professionals. You are responsible for ensuring you have the proper licensure, training, and compliance with your state or country’s regulations.

2. Product Purchases

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to make the purchase.

  • You understand each device must be used according to its manual, training, and safety requirements.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.

AesthetixIQ may cancel or refuse an order at any time to prevent fraud, address inventory issues, or for any reason at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be completed at checkout unless a financing or invoicing arrangement has been approved in writing. Failed or disputed payments may result in an account freeze, loss of warranty coverage, or withholding of training access until resolved.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Any claims for damage or loss must be reported immediately so we can assist with resolution.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the medical nature of the equipment, all device sales are final.
Returns are only accepted in cases of:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Incorrect items received

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photos or videos documenting the issue.

6. Warranty

AesthetixIQ devices include a U.S.–based limited warranty, the length of which is specified on each product page.

Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Internal component failures not caused by misuse

Warranty does not cover:

  • User damage

  • Improper installation or modification

  • Consumables, cartridges, or accessories

  • Third-party repair attempts

Warranty service may require returning the device for inspection or diagnosis.

7. Training & Support

Training resources are provided to ensure safe and effective use.
Access to training may require:

  • Device registration

  • Proof of purchase

  • Confirmation of professional credentials

Misuse of the device voids all warranties and support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AesthetixIQ is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity

  • Injuries or damages caused by improper use

  • Claims arising from treatments performed with our devices

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of any product is at your own risk and requires proper training and compliance with industry standards.

9. Safety & Compliance

You agree to:

  • Use devices only as instructed

  • Follow all safety guidelines and contraindications

  • Maintain proper sanitation protocols

  • Keep up-to-date training for all operators

AesthetixIQ is not responsible for fines, violations, or legal issues resulting from improper or unlicensed use.

10. Intellectual Property

All product names, content, images, manuals, and branding belong to AesthetixIQ and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
